How to maintain cast iron pot:
1. Cleaning: Rinse again with hot water and dry with a clean cloth.

3. Dry steaming: Put the oiled pot on the stove and heat it to dry. Repeat the steps of oiling and drying again. Then turn off the heat, let the pot cool naturally, and wipe off the excess oil with a kitchen paper towel.
