The Cuisinart Griddle & Grill is extremely versatile and gives perfect results, whatever your recipe – perfect for a quick, healthy midweek dinner, an after school panini or a lazy brunch.

With a maximum temperature of 240°C, for fast cooking, it will sear steaks in minutes, whilst the variable heat settings give total control for gentle cooking of fish and vegetables.

QUICK COOKING

Use as a contact grill, allowing the 8cm floating hinge to rest gently over your food, cooking quickly and evenly from both sides.

LARGE COOKING SURFACE

Open the grill to its flat position for more delicate ingredients or for a double cooking area to feed the whole family.

GRILLING

The interchangeable grill plates can easily be fitted and removed. With a high quality non-stick coating, you need very little oil when cooking.

GRIDDLING

Also included are a set of griddle plates. The flat surface allows for even cooking of foods like pancakes and eggs.
