The MonAmi Enamelled Cast Iron Casserole dish is a must in every kitchen. The perfect casserole for slow cooking and a variety of comfort food recipes from stews, to roasts and preserves. The casserole can also be used to bake delicious bread. You can use this casserole on any hob and in the oven at high temperatures (260ºC). A generous size casserole (26cm/4.6 litres) that you can use to cook a meal for 4/5 people, or for batch cooking.
