If you want a pizza with a crispy, golden crust, the MonAmi Enamelled Pizza Pan will not disappoint you. This pizza pan can be used in conventional and convection ovens at high temperatures (over 260ºC), but also on any hob and on a BBQ. Not just for pizza, this pan is great for cooking pancakes, flatbreads, tortillas as well as grilling a variety of meat, fish and veggies. The pan has two handles for easy handling, just remember your oven mitts as it gets very hot!
