Put ground coffee into the fiter, using the approximate ratio of water: powder = 10:1. If possible, use a sifter. Pour water into pot through the filter, making sure not to fill above the maximum measurement line. Put the double-layer stainless lid on the pot and place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Making tea infusions: Place preferred tea to be steeped into pot, and pour in desired amount of hot water. Cover with the plastic lid and pour to enjoy!
