COSORI Air Fryer Recipes
Our Air Fryer Geeks were all busy in the Kitchen this week creating some great recipes for you using the COSORI Air Fryer here are some great recipes we have created for you to try.
- Crispy Fried Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg.
- Dip 4 chicken thighs (skinless and boneless) first in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Roasted Vegetables:
- Cut 1 sweet red pepper, 1 onion, and 1 courgette into chunks.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetables with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of dried oregano, and 1 tsp of salt.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Air Fryer French Fries:
- Cut 2 potatoes into thin fries.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of pepper.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks:
- Cut 8 oz of mozzarella cheese into sticks.
- Place the cheese sticks in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Air Fryer Fish Tacos:
- Cut 1 lb of fish fillet (tilapia or cod) into 1-inch chunks.
- In a bowl, mix together 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of cumin, and 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Place the fish in the air fryer basket, and brush the fish with the oil mixture.
- Cook at 200°C for 8 minutes.
- Serve the fish in warm tortillas with toppings of your choice, such as shredded cabbage, salsa, and sour cream.
