About Carbon Steel Pan
Frying pan is made of carbon steel, a natural mineral material guaranteed without PTFE or PFOA and no chemicals added. With Iron’s good heat conduction and transfers heat swiftly into food stuff, it’s preferable for broiling or fry up food.
The natural iron surface is hardened with nitrogen and made resistible to rust, naturally to help protect these pans against oxidation and assist in seasoning. The overall color of the surface is black due to nitriding and can bear up to 600˚F.
Wide Application
The frying pan can be used with a variety of heat sources, such as professional gas ranges and campfires, making them great for searing.
It can withstand and maintain very high temperatures making them highly effective.
In fact, they work on all heat sources except microwave ovens.
Detachable Handle
The carbon steel frying pan body and the handle are connected by rivets firmly that will not loosen over time. Eergonomic for easy grip and balance.

Precautions for Maintenance

STEP 1: Heat
Heat the frying pan for 2 to 3 minutes and stop the fire.
*Use a medium or small flame and ensure that it does not expand out of the bottom.
*Apply a medium flame when using an IH cooker.
STEP 2: Cool
Cool it until you may touch it by hand. After heating the frying pan, do not cool it rapidly by using the water because it may deform.
STEP 3: Lubricate
Pour one cup of soy-bean vegetable oil into the frying pan, turn it to spread the oil over the surface and heat it for 5 minutes by applying a small flame.
When the oil is coated uniformly over the entire surface, stop the flame and return the excess oil into the oil pot.
STEP 4: Wipe
By using a sheet of kitchen paper, wipe the inner surface so that the oil is coated uniformly over it.
