Sometimes you don’t want a standard recipe, instead, you need to just take things into your own hands. Gevi is a perfect backup, capable of exactly following your lead.

In My Recipes mode, every part of the grinding, heating and brewing process can be sped up, slowed down, or even paused while you consider the next step in your masterwork. From the brew ratio and the temperature to the pause time, Gevi can help you experiment to find what best suits your taste.

MAKE BREWING MORE FUN WITH BARISTA MODE

Sometimes you want instant changes of your brewing, so you should try Barista mode. It allows you to adjust the flow rate and water spouts while water is pouring. You can also stop the water to leave time for the coffee to bloom.

Barista mode is a similar way to manual pouring. You can have fun of manual pouring on it by using its progress bars and digital graphs. Try new combinations of brew speeds, spin speeds, and pause times to find out your favorite recipes.

So if the machine is not connected to a voltage of 100-120V, you make sure an adapter is being used.Rated power of the adapter should be higher than 1000W, otherwise it will not function normally or even could be burnt out.
