The MonAmi Enamelled Cast Iron Skillet is perfect for searing and browning meats and to cook a wide range of savoury and sweet dishes. You can use this skillet on any hob and in the oven at high temperatures (260ºC). This is a medium-size skillet with sloped sides to let cooked food slide out easily. The pouring lips on either side facilitate pouring any sauces or cooking juices, easily and safely, regardless of whether you are right or left-handed.
