Practical Pots and Pans

Start dishes on the hob then use the handle to move your pan to the oven. Handle-free pans double as an ovenproof dish (<260°C) and make great serving dishes, so you can go straight from oven to table. Leftovers? Attach the Ingenio airtight lid and pop the pan in the fridge. You can reheat food in the same pan and they even go in the dishwasher (minus handle).

Before heating your frying pan, this spot has a visible pattern; as the pan heats up, the pattern disappears, and the spot turns solid red. At this point, you’ll know the pan is at the ideal cooking temperature (180°C-200°C).
